Supernatural Spring Fling

Oh wow. This is absolutely amazing. You have a lovely way with words, and you've made the almost time-lapse nature - stop/start structure work for you perfectly. There are so many lines I love, so many little things that rang so true - Cas's capacity to learn and grow - how he now knocks on the door (I love a Cas who doesn't know the nuances of human behaviour but can learn it easily), and how when he lies on the bed next to Sam it isn't natural but he's trying, and Sam appreciates it. You've also gone into one of my favourite things on the show - the issue of how Sam feels about purity and the potential that after he's been cleansed that he'll have lost too much, and then you wrapped up on such a completely chilling note, of Sam yielding himself up and it works. I don't think there's another fic that could've convinced me of Sam ever saying yes to being a vessel but I believed it here. I especially love the relationship between them as well - the tenderness of that touch and of the forehead kiss at the end, Cas risking everything for Sam, and Sam trusting him enough to let him. You've done a fantastic job mystery author and I am so happy with this gift, thank you very much!
