I enjoyed so much about this; Sam's truthfulness and initial coyness, that "Darla" immediately made me think of BuffyTVS so the possibility that it might all go south, descriptions of Dean's tenderness and how the Mark has affected him, and thread of humour that ran throughout the story that made it so much more than slash (it didn't hurt that it was hot too)!
