Saved reading this till the end cause Dean/Gabriel is my OTP and I am sooo glad that I did. The concept of scattered but not destroyed grace is just so unique and inventive. Plus, I really love the mixture of fluff and angst you provided. It's so angsty with Dean and Gabriel waiting so long and still only being able to see each other in Dean's dreams, but also so cute and fluffy because they still have hope, Dean wearing glasses (new head canon!), and let's not forget about Dean wanting to cuddle with Gabriel at the end.
I love love love the dialogue and of course, Gabriel being all insecure and Dean telling him not to give up because he won't give up on Gabriel, and Dean admitting that he used to be insecure too. And that ending nearly killed me. These two are totally meant to be together and this fic cements that fact.
