Thank you! And thank you for talking this fic over with me--I used a lot of your ideas, as you can see. :) It's definitely interesting to look at Bobby from the POV of a character who's his equal, rather than a quasi-son, and so who can see him more as he really is.
SPN heaven is problematic, to say the least--I think a lot of us have memories that are painful, but that still have deep meaning and value. It would be sad to lose them, even if it made our lives look objectively "better."
