OK, I'm ready to send in my story, and I could have sworn I saw a post that gave the correct header but now I don't see it. Can you point me in that direction or give me an example of the appropriate header?

HOW TO SUBMIT:
Deadline: midnight Hawaii time on the evening of Sunday, 2nd April -- that's 5am on Monday 3rd March in New York, 10am in the UK, 6pm in Singapore, and 9pm in Melbourne. There will be no extensions! If you think you won't be able to complete your piece, please let us know ASAP so we can organise a pinch hitter. If we haven't received your submission by that deadline, we will organise a pinch hitter.

Please submit your work by sending it to this email address, using the following header within the email & document (just in the email if you're submitting art):

Pairing [if applicable, otherwise say which character gen]:

Any warnings:

DO NOT include a summary!

For fic: Please attach a .doc, .docx, .rtf or .txt file to the email, or a link to the gdoc.
For art: Please send us a URL not connected with your name.
For vids: Let us know, and we will enable you to upload it to the springfling youtube channel!

An extra note on submitting: Please make sure that when the fic is copy+pasted into an LJ post (not the Visual Editor option) it comes out with the right spacing.
