This has a wonderful sombre and haunting feel to it - I love it!
I loved the focus on how much her experience has changed her, and how you found a way to keep her alive as well sort of refreshing her character and showing how much this trauma has shaped her as a person. You preserved that bond that she has with Dean too, and I adored how you expanded on it too, and they both want to help each other, and ease they pain and burden.
