I really appreciate peeks like this into the psyche of Ruby. She is one of the most facinating characters to me, maybe it's because she had what felt like a too quick death when I was still trying to decide on her motives. I don't know, but this is why I love to read about her. LOVE. And this writing was so poetic and visceral and I wanted it to go on and on and on.<3
